Our Zartis Job Plugin allows you to add jobs and manage all your applicants through WordPress with ease.
The Plugin works best when you have vacancies to advertise. Simply add the job and it will appear in your site. Candidates can click on a role that they’re interested in and apply for the position with their CV/Resume and a cover letter. There’s also an option for candidates to express an interest in working for your company even if there’s no current openings.
Once a candidate applies for a position they immediately receive an acknowledgement email and you receive a notification email. You can then login and securely review their details.
Rejection emails, call to interview emails etc can be easily done with one click.
The application also allows you to post your vacancies automatically to Twitter and Facebook. Customer support is provided at help.zartis.com.
How to install plugin automatically
- Go to your WordPress Admin and click on 'Plugins' link in left hand panel
- Click, 'Add new' at top of page and search for 'Zartis Job'
- Click 'Install now' and then 'Activate' the Zartis Job Plugin.
- You will be asked to cut and paste a token into the token field. Do this and press submit.
- You can also modify the look and feel of the jobs and application screens from Zartis in the Settings tab
Install plugin manually
- You can install plugin manually through the 'Plugins' panel, by choosing the upload option. Then go through the steps above.
