Become AI-fluent.
Lead with confidence.

Model selection. Data classification. Responsible AI practice. Today, these are leadership calls and you can't set the pace of AI adoption from a briefing document. Real fluency comes from using it yourself, on your own work

The programme is sized to survive a real diary: A single 90-minute AI Audit in Week 1, thirty minutes a day during Embark, and thirty minutes a week during Navigate.

Your AI Champion owns the relationship from kickoff, building your Companion around what the AI Audit actually surfaces. The result is a tool built specifically for the way you already work, ready to use in week 3 already.

Ongoing support includes a monthly roadmap review and an Advisory Report your sponsor can act on - turning your own adoption into a working plan for the rest of your organisation. The result is a proof point your teams can see and follow themselves.

FAQs: Agentify the C-Suite

What exactly is Agentify the C-Suite?

Agentify the C-Suite is a 30-day intensive programme that pairs you with a dedicated AI Champion who audits how you actually work, builds a Custom AI Companion around your role, and embeds it into your daily routine. It runs across three phases (AI Audit, AI Compass and Embark) followed by an optional Navigate retainer for ongoing advisory. Everything is built inside your own Claude Cowork environment, so the Companion lives in software you already license rather than a separate Zartis platform. The outcome is a working AI habit you can point to as proof the rest of your organisation can follow.

The core programme is built around a single executive. Additional seats, for example a second leader at the same organisation, are available as add-ons, and each seat runs the same four phases independently with its own AI Champion and Companion. If you want AI adoption across a wider team or function rather than the C-suite specifically, that’s scoped as a separate conversation once your own programme is under way.

A licence and generic training teach you the interface. Agentify the C-Suite starts from a structured audit of your calendar, your pain points and your decision bottlenecks, then builds a Companion around what that audit actually surfaces: your vocabulary, your recurring outputs and your specific stakeholders. The refinement loops in Embark and the weekly Navigate sessions keep tightening that fit long after a training session would have ended. The result is a tool built for your role, not a walkthrough of features you may or may not use afterwards.

Your AI Champion is a senior expert dedicated to your engagement: your relationship holder, delivery lead and Companion builder in one. The same person stays with you from kickoff through the end of Embark, and through Navigate if you continue, as a fixed commitment rather than a rotating resource. One or two trainees may shadow your Champion to build delivery capability, but this is agreed with you in advance and your lead Champion remains the sole point of contact.

Phase I (AI Audit) takes around three hours across two sessions in Week 1, plus 30 to 45 minutes of thinking time beforehand.

Phase II (AI Compass) takes 2.5 hours of sessions in Week 2, plus roughly an hour of independent practice using Cowork on real tasks between them.

Phase III (Embark) runs across Weeks 3 and 4 with around two hours of sessions and daily use of your Companion on real work, which is the point of the phase.

Navigate, if you continue, is 30 minutes a week.

The AI Audit is the single conversation your Companion is built from: your Champion covers your goals, how your week actually breaks down, your recurring pain points and the systems you’re willing to connect. That conversation is transcribed, with your consent, so your exact vocabulary and phrasing feed directly into the build rather than a generic template. It produces your AI Maturity Scorecard and a prioritised Use-Case Map, ranked by impact and feasibility, which decides what gets built first. A shallow audit produces a shallow Companion, which is why the session covers your calendar, your stakeholders and your decision bottlenecks in specific detail rather than in the abstract.

No. Your Companion is a tailored set of Claude skills, at least three to five covering your highest-impact use cases, plus custom instructions reflecting your role and communication style, deployed inside your Cowork project. Where agreed in scope, it also connects to real systems such as your calendar, email or CRM, so it can act on live data rather than answers typed in each time. It’s revealed and refined against your actual work during Embark, not handed over as a finished, untested product.

You keep everything that was built: your Companion, your Companion User Guide and access to the Zartis C-Suite plugin documentation. Your AI Champion follows up 30 days after Embark closes to check on usage and flag anything unresolved. If you later want to restart Navigate, or expand adoption to your wider team, both are scoped as new commercial conversations rather than automatic extensions.

No. All work happens inside your own licensed Cowork environment, so your data, your calendar and any systems you connect stay inside infrastructure you already control. Ground rules on data handling, local processing and confidentiality are agreed explicitly in your kickoff session before any integration work begins
