Introduction
Padraig Coffey, CEO of Zartis, introduced a new service at AI Summit 2026 alongside Phil Thomas, VP of Engineering and AI Transformation. In doing so, he acknowledged something most executives keep to themselves: he wasn’t using AI to its maximum capacity in his own daily work, despite leading a company whose entire value proposition is helping other organisations transform with it.
That admission became the origin of Agentify the C-Suite: a structured, phased programme for taking a senior executive from low AI literacy to a genuinely transformed workflow. This paper is not a product announcement. It’s an honest account of what it took to change the working patterns of an experienced leader, including the psychological traps that blocked the first attempt, the structural changes that made the second attempt work, and the measurable outcomes that followed.
The programme has since been applied inside Zartis’s own C-level team and, on a select basis, with clients. The method is documented here in full, including the version that failed.
