We focus on long-term client engagements, as both our engineers and clients enjoy the stability. However, if at some stage you would like to change your project or client team, let us know – we have a mature process around this and would enable that transition.
If the project / client team you are working on is reduced or comes to an end, we will find you a new one. This happens rarely, as most of our client engagements are long-term and growing. However, in all cases it does happen, we take the full responsibility to find you a new team.
We care about working with our team members to find a way for them to grow their careers in the direction they want.
If you are a tech team member, you can take on different roles within software engineering from junior to principal engineer.
If you would like to diverge into other paths, you have the option to become a Team Lead, Software or Solutions Architect, DevOps Specialist, Product Owner and more. We also have engineers working on strategy consulting projects.
Additionally, our engineers have the opportunity to take part on additional responsibilities such as interviewing the next generation of Zartis team members, mentoring younger ones, producing technical content for our blog and more.
We currently have 50+ teams working across a wide range of sectors. Those include medtech, renewable energy, fintech, edtech, automotive, logistics, travel, and transportation, among many others.
As a company, we strive to make a positive impact, which is at the core of our values and ambitions. We have a number of environmental and social initiatives organized and run by Zartis team members:
Level Up: This biggest and longest standing initiative we have. Running since 2018, Level Up aims to upskill refugees and asylum seekers across Europe and beyond. Together with our education partners, we provide focused training courses, and connect ambitious professionals with employers. You could become one of our mentors in Level Up!
Project Connect: This project aims to enable women from conflict areas through internet connectivity. Our mission is to empower women training as software engineers in the Middle East, by connecting them to the world.
Na Piarsaigh GAA: We sponsor Na Piarsaigh Hurling and Football Club from Cork, Ireland where Zartis was born. We are very excited to support Na Piarsaigh, and contribute to the opportunities they offer to their young members.
Protecting the planet: We are currently working on making Zartis a carbon neutral company by offsetting the carbon emissions of all of our team members.
