FAQs
What time does the event start?
The doors will open for registration at 09:00 and the workshop will kick-off at 09:30.
Please arrive 30 mins before kick-off. This will give ample time to make sure everyone is set-up, including their laptops, so we can begin promptly on time.
If you have any set-up issues – make sure to arrive at 09:00 sharp.
Do I need to bring my own device to the workshop?
Yes, please bring your laptop with the Claude Desktop app installed and Cowork enabled.
All confirmed participants will receive a Pre-Install Checklist ahead of the event.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
No subscription is required. You can use your own Claude account if you have one, or we’ll set you up on our account for the duration of the workshop.
If you’d like to continue using Claude after the event, paid plans (Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise) all include Cowork access.
Can we have multiple team members joining the workshop?
We welcome up to two senior representatives per organisation.

Is this an official Anthropic event?
The Claude Cowork Workshops are organised in collaboration with Anthropic but are run by the Zartis team. Zartis is a Preferred Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network.
Our AI experts design and guide participants through the technical implementation on the day, while Anthropic team members get involved to ensure everything is in accordance with the latest updates and developments on their side.
That partner status is what lets our engineers run this format directly on Claude, with Anthropic in the loop on how it’s taught.
