FAQs: AI Workshops
Which workshop is right for our teams?
It depends on who is being trained and what they need to do differently afterwards. Business and functional teams usually start with Cowork, engineering teams with Agentic Coding or Claude Code, and leadership with Agentify the C-Suite. Most organisations end up running more than one, sequenced rather than simultaneously. A short conversation is normally enough to settle the order.
Do our engineers need prior AI experience?
No. The engineering workshops run at fundamentals or advanced level depending on where the team is, and we confirm that before the session rather than discovering it on the day. Teams with no agentic tooling experience and teams already using it daily both get value, provided they are not mixed into the same room at the same level. We split cohorts where the gap is wide.
Are the workshops tied to specific tools?
Some are, deliberately.
Claude Code and Cowork workshops are built for organisations standardising on those tools.
Agentic Coding Workshops are broader and cover the mindset, workflow design, and supervision patterns that apply across agentic tooling.

Can sessions be tailored to our codebase and workflows?
Yes, and this is usually the case and it’s what makes the difference. Working through your repositories, your ticket backlog, and your actual review process means people leave with something that applies on Monday. Generic exercises train familiarity, not capability. We agree the material with your team ahead of the session.
How is Agentify the C-Suite different from the workshops?
Agentify the C-Suite is a 30-day programme rather than a session or a series. Each executive ends with a custom AI companion built around their own workflows, along with a configured Cowork environment and an ongoing advisory retainer. Zartis built it after running the same process on its own leadership team, including a first version that did not hold. That failure is why the programme has protected time and measurable goals built into its structure.
How do you know whether the training actually landed?
We agree what success looks like before delivery and measure against it afterwards, whether that is agentic tooling in daily use, time recovered, or workflows genuinely changed. Attendance and satisfaction scores tell you very little on their own. Follow-up sessions exist because the drop-off happens weeks later, not on the day.
Do you deliver onsite, and internationally?
Yes to both. Sessions run remote or onsite, in half-day or full-day formats, wherever your teams are. However, we do not deliver coding workshops in half-day format, because it is realistically not possible to obtain value from the tool in such a short amount of time.
Distributed organisations often run remote sessions per region and bring people together for a hackathon. We will advise on which split works for your setup.
Can you train a large organisation, not just one team?
Yes. Enterprise Programmes are built for organisation-wide rollouts with role-specific tracks, so business teams, engineers, and leadership each get relevant material rather than one session stretched to fit everyone. Rollouts are usually phased, starting with the teams where the impact is clearest. That also gives you internal proof points before the wider rollout.
