One Day, Two Parts
The workshop runs as a single focused day combining shared foundations with applied practice. The first part is for the whole group. The second is where teams work through two or three use cases agreed in advance, with the mix of participants shaped by the size and structure of your organisation. The sequence is intentional: the first part builds the shared context, and the second is where that context becomes something real and usable.
The General Session
A shared two-hour foundation for the whole group, covering the why behind AI adoption today and a hands-on tour of how Claude and Cowork actually work. We walk through Cowork’s core pillars — Projects & Knowledge Base, Skills, and Connectors etc. — using live examples throughout, then open the floor for questions before splitting into hands-on work.
The Hands-on Session
The rest of the day is spent working through 2–3 use cases specific to each team, agreed in advance through a short discovery conversation. Rather than a demo, each exercise produces something real and usable — a configured knowledge base, a built Skill, a generated deliverable — with Zartis facilitators on hand to keep people unstuck. The day wraps with a show-and-tell where teams share what they built.
