The first part is for the whole group. The second is where teams work through two or three use cases agreed in advance.

MORNING

The General Session

A shared two-hour foundation for the whole group, covering the why behind AI adoption today and a hands-on tour of how Claude and Cowork actually work.

We walk through Cowork’s core pillars (Projects & Knowledge Base, Skills, and Connectors) using live examples throughout, then open the floor for questions before splitting into hands-on work.

AFTERNOON

Hands-on Breakout Sessions

The rest of the day is spent working through selected use cases specific to each team, agreed in advance.

Each exercise produces something real and usable with Zartis AI Navigators guiding your team throughout.

At the end of the afternoon sessions, your teams will have working solutions that they can apply to their work immediately.
