Ovation had a clear product roadmap and a capable mix of technical and non-technical staff. However, the team was working in a classical software development fashion with relatively little AI.
Ovation’s goal was to increase their development velocity and ability to ship software to production quicker, and upskill their team in AI skills in order to do so.
Solution
A 2-day Claude Code workshop
A 2-day Claude Code workshop with Ovation’s product and development teams, focused on their sales incentive platform. Z-CORA is a Claude Code plugin built by Zartis that automates the software development lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation and testing.
Ovation Incentives' product team used it to generate user stories, acceptance criteria, and story maps directly from their requirements document. The development team used Claude Code directly for implementation.

Solution: Z-cORA was used across the SDLC: the product team used it to drive product-development workflows:
