Zartis holds Preferred Services Partner status in the Claude Partner Network, powered by Anthropic. Getting there means clearing a tier reviewed twice a year against fixed, numeric thresholds: certified practitioner counts, production deployments, and public references, the same evidence any buyer can ask a delivery partner to produce.
The Select tier requires at least 10 certified practitioners, two production customers, and one public case study. The Preferred tier, which Zartis holds, requires 100 certified practitioners, 15 production deployments, and three public references. Anthropic publishes these thresholds itself; none of it is confidential to partners.
The practical difference shows up when a delivery hits a hard problem: a model behaves unexpectedly in production, or a security review raises a question the delivery team cannot answer alone. Anthropic backed the Claude Partner Network with a $100 million investment in partner training and technical support, and scaled its partner-facing team roughly fivefold to put dedicated Applied AI engineers and technical architects behind live partner deals.
That distinction carries extra weight in financial services, healthcare, or energy and utilities. An auditor will ask who built the system, what governance controls sit around it, and what happens if the model vendor needs to be brought in to answer a question about model behaviour. How a delivery partner would handle that is part of the governance evidence a regulated buyer needs to produce.
Before your next Claude programme starts, it is worth asking any delivery partner:
- Which tier, exactly, and how many certified practitioners currently hold it?
- What does “certified” require: a short online module, or supervised production deployment experience?
- What is their plan if a production issue needs the model vendor’s own engineers?
- Do they have published case studies of Claude engagements you can read?
Zartis delivers AI transformation work, from AI strategy and AI governance through to AI development and agentic AI builds, on that footing: advising on the operating model and governance decisions, then delivering the engineering. Our published case studies cover engagements where Claude was used. Talk to us about what Preferred Services Partner status looks like in an actual delivery plan.
