“I think you need to find a balance. You have a responsibility to help those people understand what they want, what they are looking for and where their passion lies… So, if they want to continue to work in a company with a lot of people, where somehow their impact is diluted, or it’s limited to a specific scope of the company, that’s perfect because they can still have a lot of impact. However, if that’s not what they are passionate about, then that’s also fine. I know it sounds bad, but it’s just the reality. It’s work, you just move on and hopefully you continue to do great things.”
