Q: So what specific pain point have you observed that made you realize policy is a crucial point for businesses to tackle?
“Yeah, so if we contextualize this in the way companies operate today, most of them operate across multiple jurisdictions, either directly if they have operations there, or indirectly through their supply chains. But now we’re at a time where the pace of change is incredibly fast.
With this, it impacts market dynamics and the way companies go about procuring their supply, producing their product, or selling them. Operating a business under conditions where things change so rapidly creates a strong and deep feeling of being completely overwhelmed if the rules are changing all the time; feeling confused, lost, and ultimately either not making any decisions or making bad ones.
Through all of our conversations, this has been the one key pain point that keeps coming up again and again. That feeling of knowing there’s so much out there, and you don’t know where to start, but you also know you might miss something really important that could impact you significantly.”
