Introduction
In today’s fast-evolving tech landscape, Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands out as both a competitive advantage and a strategic imperative. At Zartis, we set out to understand how tech leaders across Europe are approaching AI — from adoption and implementation to governance and regulation.
This report gathers insights from 100 technology executives to unpack how companies are leveraging AI, what barriers they face, and what strategies they are prioritising for the road ahead.
Objective
Our goal was to identify and analyse the biggest priorities and roadblocks facing tech organisations in their AI journey. We set out to understand how leaders are approaching AI implementation, what’s slowing them down, and where they see the most strategic potential in the short and long term.
Methodology
We conducted a free-to-participate survey of 100 senior technology leaders involved in AI adoption and decision-making across Europe. The respondents shared insights on everything from data readiness and AI tooling to investment priorities, governance practices, and future plans.

A diverse group of 100 professionals from various industries participated, offering a comprehensive view of AI integration in today’s business environment.
