The Task
AI-assisted development should be a normal part of how engineering and business teams work
Datalex’s track record reflects a company that has never stood still. One now applying the same rigour to reinventing how it builds software.
Within 12 to 18 months, AI-assisted development should be a normal part of how engineering and business teams work, not a side experiment. But Datalex’s teams were new to Claude, and the open question was how to get the most out of AI-assisted development on a codebase of this size and complexity.
That gave Datalex a clear requirement: broad, practical enablement across engineering and business functions, tailored to the specific needs and context.
Solution
Enablement at Scale
Zartis, a Preferred Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network, designed an enablement programme built around Datalex’s own use cases.
So that teams across the business could test Claude on real work rather than generic training scenarios.
May to July 2026. Five instructor-led sessions:
What we brought:
Custom Enablement
Our deep expertise in AI enablement and the Claude ecosystem was channeled into building sessions around Datalex's own use cases and context rather than generic training.
Proprietary IP
The Z-Cora Claude Code plugin, with pre-built agents and skills for an AI-native development workflow. It was used during the sessions and retained by Datalex afterwards.
Results
Across the Claude Code and Claude Cowork workshops, the following were the most valuable and impactful outcomes and learnings.
"AI-augmented development was a decision we had already made, but it wasn't yet how we worked. Within a few months, our teams took a piece of internal technology work that would have taken fifteen days in the past and delivered it in just two."
"What made the difference was Zartis's depth of expertise in AI-native delivery: they didn't just show us a tool, they enabled our teams to work this way for good, and helped us put the right practices and governance in place to use AI responsibly and consistently across the organization. That combination — real enablement alongside real alignment — is what makes this change sustainable, not a one-off result."
Business Impact
Significantly faster delivery of complex engineering work
Reduced build and infrastructure overhead
AI adoption spreading into business and product teams
A durable AI capability, built to last
Faster onboarding for engineers and AI agents alike
AI-native practices embedded into daily delivery
"What made the difference was Zartis's depth of expertise in AI-native delivery."
